Cookie policy
This cookie policy explains which cookies and similar technologies Kredanelio uses and how we work with Google Consent Mode v2 for Google Ads and GA4.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser when you visit a website. They allow us to remember preferences, collect anonymous statistics and — only with consent — measure advertising performance.
2. Which categories we use
We distinguish four categories: strictly necessary, functional, analytics and advertising/personalisation. Only the first category is set without your explicit consent.
3. Google Consent Mode v2
Kredanelio implements Google Consent Mode v2 in its production configuration. On your first visit all advertising and analytics signals are set to ‘denied’ by default. Only after you grant consent for analytics or advertising cookies via the banner, signals are updated to ‘granted’ through gtag("consent", "update", …). Until then, Google Ads and GA4 operate in the aggregated and pseudonymised mode, with ads_data_redaction = true and url_passthrough = true.
4. Managing your preferences
You can change your preferences at any time via the ‘Cookie preferences’ link at the bottom of every page. You can also clear cookies from your browser; in that case our banner will reappear on your next visit so that you can make a new choice.
5. Cookie lifetimes
Functional and analytics cookies have a maximum lifetime of twelve months. Advertising cookies have a maximum lifetime of thirteen months, in line with European supervisory guidance.
6. List of cookies used
Strictly necessary: kredanelio_session (session). Functional: kredanelio_lang (language preference, 12 months). Analytics: _ga, _ga_*, _gid (Google Analytics 4, 13 months). Advertising: _gcl_au, IDE (Google Ads, 13 months).
